  Was in need of a dash cam and was approached by a staff member by the name of Jose who has delivered exceptional customer service exceeding my expectations. The item I was purchasing was only $50 but I noticed no matter how high or low the item is, the service will be the same. Thanks you Harvey Norman.

  Went in to buy a TV and Vac, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. And when I found a better price online they told me that they wouldn't be beaten on price and matched it. They even gave me a discount on their product care replacement plan!! Well done guys!

  Terribly rude technician, wouldn't go there ever! Purchased my phone and had issues with it, product care I paid for took forever and the outcome was rediculous and useless. I personally do not recommend this branch in particular.

  Went to Harvey Norman in Westfield Bondi Junction to buy a notebook n headphone with my husband today. We were served by a young salesgirl,her name is Rashna who greeted us with a warm smile. Rashna is very polite and patient. She answered every question we asked thoroughly. She also gave a very good price for the merchandise. When we leave the shop, we are very happy customers. Thank you, Rashna!!

  Pretty good. Only thing i would say is tge pushing to get a warranty is pretty ridiculous. Made me so uncomfortable that I said yes to make it end - I know I should of kept saying no but after saying no 3 or 4 times he kept pushing and so I said yes. Because of that i probably wouldn't go back
