  Employee from one sector doesn't know about things from other sectors. I was informed they wrap gifts in the top floor, which wasn't true. I felt heartbroken.

  Generally, a great selection of clothing, shoes and cosmetic brands; however, I must question some of the retail staff and their customer service. The lady at the Myer Lancôme counter on Thursday evening kept glaring at me, hovering over me and didn't give me any space to breathe while testing the cosmetics, completely putting me off buying anything and making the whole experience quite uncomfortable. A little training in proper customer service is needed!

  Myer scrimping on money by spreading shop floor staff too thinly so the poor guys are running around trying to serve customers but on the whole failing! A real shame...

  Large ladies take your money elsewhere! They are a department store who choose not to carry larger women's sizes, and for no good reason. Size discrimination does not apply to men - it is a form of sex discrimination.
