  Reality is your spending top dollar for apple products and they have you standing around and feeling you should be grateful that they are prepared to sell you somthing. Eventually left without even a look from the staff.

  I was disappointed in the lack of service. I waited around for half an hour for anyone to acknowledge me, I feel this is because of my age as older people around me received service straight away. As I finally got served the item I knew I was going to purchase had just sold out.

  Place is chaotic with no hint of service as you first enter. Apple would do well to remember why the likes if me go to the stores!!!!!! HANDS ON.......

  I was amazed at how patient Camille was, I was so unsure if I should wait for the iPhone X or buy the iPhone 8 and Camille talked me through the different features of each iPhone and helped me make an informed decision. Then my bank froze my CC because of the size of the purchase and she waited 20 mins with me while I was talking to the bank, she helped me pick out a great case to protect my iPhone and put a glass screen saver on my iPhone to keep it free from scratching. I can honestly say that without Camille’s patience and support I would have left the Apple Store empty handed as the purchase would have become too daunting. It was a great shopping experience and one that has firmly cemented Apple as my tech supplier of choice and I would highly recommend anyone thinking of going into a store, to head to Apple Bondi.
