    Great customer service. They go above and beyond their legal requirements to make sure the customer never loses out. Will definitely be coming back.

    30-July-2017, Sunday 5pm. It was either very busy or seriously understaffed. I waited about half an hour for a staff member to come help purchase a pixel phone. (-2 stars) I recommend that jbhifi does not test the patience of customers that intend to spend close to $1,000.

    Needed help with an electrical repair, I was told they couldn't do anything because I hadn't purchased it from them, even though they stocked the item and I was happy to pay. Absolutely shocking customer service. I will not be shopping in JB Hi-Fi ever again.
