    Dutch bureaucracy and stinyness in sunny Bondi. Only place in the whole of Australia to get your Dutch passport renewed. Extra expenses besides travelling to Sydney include pictures (had pictures taken but they didn't fit the format) and an envelope to send your passport with to your home adress.

    The staff are extremely kind and patient. The lady that assisted myself was well mannered and knowledgeable.

    Visa processing is very slow because they don't process your application in Australia, instead they send your passport to their head office in Malaysia. But staff are very friendly and patient.
