  Amazing flowers from these guys. The staff always have time to listen and offer their suggestions and the flowers are fresh and long lasting. I bought a lily bouquet for my daughter’s birthday which she loved. I must also mention that this shop looks great all the time, I could just sit near the Westfield Concierge, where these guys are located, for hours admiring the wonderful colours and contrasts of Delucas Flowers

  After deciding on the arrangement I wanted from the site, I called to confirm they had the flowers in.

  Once I got there, just before all the stores closed, on the eve of valentines day, I was told that there website isn't really their site, and that they would actually charge me over $200 instead of the $113 quoted in the site. They took no responsibilty for what was on their own site, and had no remorse in messing someone over on the eve of valentines day. I understand prices go up on valentines day, but be upfront about them - like every other store I saw! This bait and switch will lose you a lot of customers.
