  Couldn't believe it. People donate for the needy to these shops & they were asking ridiculous prices. I'm saying $65 for a jacket $10 for a baby jacket. $20 for a pair of sneakers. None of these were new. My sister made a comment to ME & some nosy lady said Why don't you leave. We did in discust as I said these shops are meant to be for the needy.Not you greedy bastards.Thinking you live in an elite area. IT is NOT

  I was appalled at the prices. People donate to charity to go to the needy that can't afford things. Kmart is cheaper than this place. Elite area pfft. You should be ashamed. I looked at nearly everything. I was gobsmacked and appalled. That's why the shop is full don't you ppl want to sell anything. Disgusting be more charitable will you I pity the ppl that really need charity that live there.

  The staff are lovely and there's a nice range of homewares but that might be due to the higher-than-average prices. I bought about 10 pieces and hoped that I could bundle them like other Salvos stores but unfortunately could not. I even belatedly realised I could have bought similar plates for the same price at myer or David Jones. I am prepared to pay these prices as I (just) have the capacity to as a working student but I cannot imagine the more needy doing so. Furthermore, the lighting is very dim and I had to use my phone torch to properly see.

  I dont come here anymore their prices are ridiculously overpriced honestly Kmart up the road is much cheaper ashamed really as all for charity but this is just Greed. Some staff and the manager Marie are lovely and very welcoming but this one staff member called Natalie is just Rude her attitudes sucks unwelcoming and condescending towards her customers she puts me off big time i banned myself from returning here as there are many other cheaper Salvos really. This location is Tiny too darked like a night club overstocked of glorified expensive junk if u havent been here seriously it could be a missed as you are not missing much.

  Every now and then I go to check out the book sections (sometimes I pick up great cookbooks). But I try to only buy them when they're on sale or if they're under $15. The last cookbook I picked up was $25 Kylie Kwong cookbook but I got 1/2 price off. They've also got a nice selection of vintage kitchenware (plates).

  I would give 5 stars if the lighting was fixed and there was more considerate pricing, or bundle deals.
